What we do, and what we do not do

We provide professional services: assessing, planning, sequencing and coordinating a client’s own market entry into Brazil, and advising on whether and when goods should move. Where this site says we own the entry execution, that means we own the sequencing, the coordination and the decision points — on the client’s behalf and in the client’s name.

We do not buy, sell, own, hold title to, import, export, warehouse or ship goods. We never act as your importer of record, and we do not act as exporter of record, consignee, customs representative, customs broker (despachante), freight forwarder or carrier. Where those functions are required, they are performed by the client’s own entity or by independently appointed third parties, in their own name and under their own liability and regulatory permissions. We engage and coordinate such parties; we do not assume their roles.

No advice, no client relationship

Nothing on this website is legal, customs, tax or regulatory advice, and no client relationship arises from using this site or submitting a form on it. That includes the readiness check, which gives a general, directional indication only.
